“This vibration plate is easy to use and for me, a sedentary person, this really gets my heart going! This also will improve your circulation in your entire body if you have problems with that. My dad has neuropathy in his feet and I bought him another one of these a while back and he just uses it for 10 mins each night while sitting in a chair and watching tv with his feet resting on it. He says his feet no longer hurt him! goal accomplished. If the vibration is too much and goes to your head, bending your knees will stop that. I am letting my brother use this who is extremely fit and exercises daily and I will update with his thoughts on this too so you can have another perspective.”
“My wife and I love this little machine. It's easy to use, comes with an exercise instructional guide, a handy remote, and 2 arm resistance bands. The remote is easy to use and requires 2 AAA batteries (not included), you can control the platform using the remote or the buttons on the actual platform. There are 99 different speed levels and 5 pre-programmed workout modes to choose from. Each are 10 minutes long. The platform has a nice nonslip surface that is even comfortable with bare feet🦶!This machine is great for many different workouts: squats, lunges, push ups, sit ups, planks, and so much more! It's even great for circulation and relieving stress.Key point: You won't lose weight on this machine by just standing on it. You have to work your body and the machine will work with you on results. It's teamwork!”
“I still don't understand the settings and how to work it. I just keep hitting the remove and wherever it stops is the setting I use which is mostly setting 1. It auto goes for a 10 minutes unless we increase the time. Actually 10 minutes has been more than enough time because I am super exhausted when done. Look at the video. The machine really does give my thighs a really workout and my thighs feel like they still are shaking when I get off the machine. Very good and strong vibrations. The machine is HEAVY and STURDY and just a tad difficult to move once down which is fine with me. The base is wide enough and I feel secure and level with or without shoes on. I can stand straight up and I can feel it in my thighs or I can bend like a sitting motion and feel it in my chins. Then if I want to get more adventurous, I can use the resistance bands that securely hook to the bottom of the base. To sum up my review...... I LOVE THIS MACHINE (watch my thighs move while using the machine....love, love, love the workout)”
“Let me tell you, you'll be able to feel this working hours after exercising with it. I thought it would just be a light vibration, but this is vigorous! It really does make you work to exercise. And there are so many things you can do with it! For someone like me who has had foot surgery and sometimes my ankle pain flares up when exercising, this makes it a lot easier because I can do floor exercises and just have my feet on the plate so there's less pressure on my ankle. It also comes with a booklet of exercises and resistance bands!”
“i've long been a fan of vibration plates - gets the blood flowing, like a lot - a great simulated exercise. that said - i honestly don't feel that just standing on a plate actually counts as exercise, you have to put something into it in order to get something out of it. i'll get into that in a bit.this plate is a nice smaller compact option. if you have less space than ideal and don't love taking up a ton of space with different equipments, then this is a great option. it's also a nice weight so extremely easy to move around. the height is a little lower than some others as well, it actually fits under my sofa. the vibration itself is good - it's a true just vibration, not the 4-way or 2-way rocking style vibration that some plates have. it's a good vibrate, but some of the others actually might count steps on a pedometer, but this does not. still a great way to get the blood moving. one of my favorite features though is that it included pre-programmed sequences that create different 'exercises' and benefits. then it has the ability to clip on resistance bands - here's how you really turn it in exercise. you can add in arm workouts. not using the bands, you can also move your arms like you are running and really get your heart rate up. so even though, straight away you can just stand on it and allow it shake things up, you have the opportunity to really create workouts on it. i also really like using this to deepen some floor exercises. i like planking and having my hands on it, as well doing pushups while using it. you can add it into lots of different regular exercises, which is you truly extend it's benefits.”
“Features multi-directional vibration that really shakes - with 99 adjustable speeds! Rubberized grip holds the unit in place very well so you can position yourself quite securely during exercising. A remote with resistance bands are also included which provides lots of versatility and control for this little unit. It is a solid unit and a little heavier than expected but you want something solid under you for a safe workout. I enjoyed the vibration but I'm skeptical of many of the claims that vibration alone will stimulate weight loss. Really enjoyed the remote to play with the settings. Overall, this is a good machine so I'd recommend it.”
