“So far, this has been a great addition to our home gym. It has helped with my joint pain and has a lot of different exercises to keep you from getting bored.”
“Yeah, it's fun! But it doesn't really burn a LOT of calories. I COULD tell the difference in muscle tone after the first session. It was fun to wiggle and it's not too loud. I feel both loose in the shoulders and tight in the thighs. That's almost exactly what I was looking for. I love the lowest mode on just vibrate, the oscillation is a little different than I expected, but is acceptable. It just smells funny. Like new rubber and plastic. And the mat isn't helpful. The resistance bands are Latex and work well. Before you think the remote doesn't work, peel the plastic off of the circular battery behind the face of the "watch".There is a power button on the side of the machine where the plug is. Make sure you turn off and on when you use it, and unplug it afterwards. Power draw. Meh. I more than like it, but I wouldn't marry it, even though it comes with a lifetime warranty. That is pretty sweet, though. The studies for bone density are real- lowest setting, on the middle wavy vibrate mode. Feet in "jog" position, and then just stand there. You're going to have to work a little harder for a real workout, still good sweaty fun.”
“It's seems to be easy to operate and use. My husband and I already did our first 10 minute workout within an hour if it's delivery! Still too early to see results and know for sure.I am unsure if I have registered it or not. The instructions are unclear and I haven't gotten an email about registering for the lifetime warranty.”
“Just received it today and set it up. I have arthritis and am looking for low impact exercises. Very excited to hear about how Lifepro stands behind their product.”
