“I just received my plate today and was excited to give it a whirl. Setup was easy and the machine feels very sturdy. I felt that the noise level was acceptable, especially using on on wood floor. I have not tried the mat that came with it yet.I'm looking forward to seeing results with movement of lymph fluid, and the feeling of heaviness in my legs due to Lipedema. During my initial use I vibrated on P1 for 20 min, rotating positions on the board. It was easy to use, and so far a great experience. I will post more updates after continuing to use.”
“Just got it, but I think it will suit my needs. It is heavier than I thought, but that is because it is high quality and very sturdy. Directions were easy to follow. I will say that I was not happy with how it was shipped. The outer box was too big and it moved around quite a bit in there and was hard to manage moving it!”

“Product is lite and quiet with a full range of motion.8 to 10 years ago, we bought a big commercial vibration plate machine for about $3k to $4k. It was bulky, hard to move and very, very noisy.When we got the new Rumlex Plus 4D, it was so much better than I could have imagined. We like it so much better than the one we purchased 8 to 10 years ago.We move it around as needed. My wife uses it and we watch TV together. It is so quiet and it works as good, if not better than our expensive version (not working anymore). I agree with the ratings I have seen...it is the best one on the market...”
“The Rumblex 4 plus is amazing. It gives me a full work out just by standing on it for 10 minutes. It feels like I just ran a mile afterwards but not during the workout. I just got it so am just starting to experiment with it but it is amazing and I am looking forward to using this tool to get back in shape. P.S. 1 mile to me would be impossible due to me currently being out of shape. This machine makes working out in the winter months where running and walking outside isn't something i'm willing to do.”
“I just started using after years of research to find the perfect vibration plate for my many different needs. My research always brought me right back to the lifepro fitness brand. Then it took additional time to research which life pro product would be best, so I could grow with over time. That is how I wound up purchasing the life pro rumblex Plus 4D. It remained on my wish list at TRAKK for at least a year before I was in a financial situation to make the purchase. When I realized that TRAKK would be having the Presale for Prime members on October 11th and 12th I just knew that would be my chance....and it was. With the generous discount I was able to purchase what I believe to be the top of the line of their life pro vibration plates. I'm dealing with serious health issues that I truly believe will begin to subside with regular use of my new vibration plate.I think it's important to add that I tried many different things to improve my health with advice from health care providers before knowing for certain I needed something different, something special other then prescriptions to alleviate pain, etc. I suffer from a few different serious medical conditions that only got worse after prescriptions no longer worked for relieving pain or to control my unbelievable stress that grew as modern medicine wouldn't help like it once had. Without health insurance I did my best to get proper health care. I also want to add that I'm not at all against the wonderful amount of truly helpful healthcare providers out there. In fact I was blessed to have an amazing primary care doctor who just recently retired long after most do. That's because he loved what he did and it showed over the many years that I saw him once every month until his retirement about 1 year ago. He believed in eastern and western medicine. No attitude about trying different holistic ideas, including medical marijuana.When I asked him about vibration plates he was all for it and knew about the science that backed up everything that a good vibration plate can provide.BTW I know from reading numerous reviews on TRAKK myself for a variety of items that if you are reading this review you're probably curious about the actual different conditions I suffer from, because it can sometimes be helpful to those of you who also suffer from similar conditions. I will do that in a follow up review after I had enough time to properly see just exactly how using my brand new Rumblex Plus helps with any or hopefully all my current issues.I'm so excited and most of all hopeful because of this purchase.Peace ☮︔
