“I'm 54 with mobility issues due to back problems. I have a very weak right leg that I wear a brace on. When I started using the Rublex Plus 4D, my balance was really poor. Using the pre-loaded programs was impossible because it felt too wild of a motion for me. Now, about 30 days into using it just about every day, I can do all three of the programs with the exercise bands and no support. I had been suffering from sciatica on and off for weeks and hadn't had a flare-up since I started using the vibration plate. My son even says I am walking better with less tripping since I started using it. Standing on the vibration plate seems too easy to make any sort of difference, but it is improving my quality of life so it's a keeper!”
“This product is much better than the lower priced vibration plates(under $200). I'm a big guy 240 pounds and the machine does not miss a beat when I step on it. The lower prices machines that 330 lbs max is really for people less than 200lbs. This machine is a excellent solution for the person that used a $3000 vibration plate at there gym and wanted something at home without breaking the bank.I recommend this product.”
“This plate has CHANGED MY LIFE!!!! I suffer so badly from sciatice nerve pain and after reading another person's review I decided to make the purchase. I AM SO GLAD I DID!!! I don't quite understand the mechanics on why and how this plate has nearly freed me from my sciatic issues, BUT I'm glad it has. 3 times a day for 10 mins at a time is all I do for now. I usuallt vibrate anywhere from 40-50 and I can really feel it. If you're hesitant, don't be it is well worth the money. You just need to be committed and stick with it.”

“My husband loves this vibrational plate! Every time I use it, he runs into the room. I got this on the recommendation of my doctor and my physical therapist to help with EDS, POTS, and lipedemia symptoms, but I think he's getting more out of it, since he always seems in very high spirits after hanging out with me while I stand on it. They only downside is that I can't turn around while I'm using it, which makes it tough to talk to him since he's often standing off to one side or behind me, but that's ok. He doesn't say much, anyway.”
