“I purchased this machine after investigating the benefits of whole body vibration. The machine itself is excellent: It arrived in apparently new condition, and works well. It does everything that it is expected to do, and it seems to be made of high quality materials.On the down side: Although the machine itself seemed to be unused, the remote was not in the packaging. the rubber cover that contained it originally (presumably) was bouncing around loose in the package. Also missing were the screws needed to secure the brackets underneath the machine, to which the fitness bands that come with it are supposed to be attached. The other accessories were there, and unopened.I contacted customer service and got through to someone pretty quickly and told them about the issues. It has been about 3 weeks since I did that. So far, I received a package in the mail with a bunch of screws—and still no remote. For me, the absent remote is not an urgent matter, since I am sufficiently fit to bend down and work the controls. However, the remote has features (as I understand it) that the main panel does not have. I will contact customer service again soon, but I'm not terribly impressed so far.”
“I had major foot surgery 6 weeks ago. When I tried one that my friend had I could not believe the difference in my foot. I now have very little swelling in my foot. I also can now feel all of my toes. I purchased the machine because I have exercise induced compartment syndrome in both of my legs. I can definitely feel the difference in my legs after I use the machine. I also read that it helps with Fibromyalgia and TMJ. I am 66 and am now in Invisalign because my teeth are moving again. I had to have braces when I was 30 because of my migraines from the TMJ. I am looking forward to the many changes I am hoping to have from this new machine.”
“Love the idea of short time needed to to use for full body benefits from this machine. Easy to use , adjustable to your fitness level. Remote is easy to use and helpful. Husband had hurt his back lifting a heavy object, he was still able to use this machine and claims it helped loosen the tight muscles and felt better. It's been helping our circulation and as increased our energy levels.. Very satisfied and happy with this product.”
