“I got these to help with a sore back and they do function very well to help stretch my muscles out along my spine. They seem to be well made and I'm planning to learn more exercises to do with them. A good value.”
“With quarantine, I'm spending almost all my time sitting on the couch. My lower back gets super irritated when I sit all day, and it's really been challenging lately. I found some physical therapy exercises to strengthen my back (core?) and decided to level up the experience and get the actual recommended hardware instead of the hacky solution I was using at home. These have been great for my exercises - especially the largest wheel. I am a plus size human and these feel absolutely sturdy and secure under me. If you're also in need of some home back stretching exercises, I recommend giving this a try!”
“It just doesn't work nearly as well as Chirp. The padding is super thin and it does not extend to the edge of the green part, so the hard green plastic digs into my shoulder blades! Ouch. I ordered the Chirp to compare before I returned this, and was amazed at the comfort of Chirp in comparison. So, as much as I did not want to pay $100 for Chirp, if I am going to have this kind of device, I'd rather pay for the Chirp set because I will never use this Ativafit set, which literally feels sharp on me. Granted, I'm kind of bony though- not a lot of padding on my body. Maybe it would be ok if I were a little fatter or musclier.”
“Great for stretching out your back before and after work. The different sizes help get all angles and muscles you would like to use in your routine. I love it! Purple is so cute!!”
