“I saw this product on tv and liked the price better for this set. It really does stretch your back well. I typically use only the medium and small one the most. I have also used the small one to help support my back when sitting for long periods of time at my computer. I just put it between my back and my chair. It helps my posture and reduces my muscle fatigue. They are sturdy enough for a very fluffy mama and still effective for my very active 10 year old who likes to have his back feel adjusted regularly. I even used this when my shoulder was out. I used the small one several time a day to work in the muscle, then layed down on my couch to roll the medium wheel on my back. This was very convenient, since I am fairly certain doing this on the floor and getting back up is not quite in my "wheelhouse" at this time. I could even use this on my bed to stretch my back or to prop my leg for better circulation. I have been very happy with this purchase.My only suggestion for improvement is that they create some type of carrying case for it, since it just comes in the box and I have to put them back in the box all the time, which is not practical long term.”
