“This was amazing for 24 hours. Got as a gift and helped my sore feet immensely. However, after 24 hours it stopped working. Haven’t got a response back from customer service either. When it works, this is great, however proves to be unreliable.”
“I use this machine on the highest intensity levels for both kneading and air. For the first month, the pressure was adequate. After a month, the air intensity started too degrade and now is almost inexistent. If you prefer a higher intensity, this may not be the product for you as its really a light massage now for my feet.”

“This massager does as advertised. I use it every morning while drinking coffee and my feet have significantly less pain. The combination of kneading, "squishing", and heat, is nice. One drawback is that the kneading portion just doesn't reach the highest part of my arch. Having said that, I am very happy that I bought this item!”
“The air compression stopped working after 2 weeks. The heat is barely there. It says don't use more that 30 minutes and you can't fee any heat for half of it. At the end you feel warmth”
“Worked great, however the electric panel started malfunctioning after a year-and-a-half of use and now we'll turn it on and off by itself. Power button inconsistently works. Would have preferred regular buttons instead of capacitive ones that break easily”
