“This is a really good machine. It's incredibly relaxing and feels nice with a little pain, if you want it.Two settings of intensity, I only use the second one.The heat is very mild, probably not hot enough for me.The massage is nice but in my opinion, it concentrates on the toes too much with emphasis on the 4 little toes. I'd prefer much more massage on my heels and middle of foot.There's two modes, I've used both and the first is more mild and the second is more intense and feels more like a hand massage.Definitely recommend this, I sat here and did two 15 minute sessions and now I can't get off the couch.”
“I was not expecting much and was planning on giving this as a gift to my father. But I tried it out as I do have issues with my feet.Out of the box all you do is plug it in. You are likely going to need an extension cord and I wish this massager had a longer one but.Once plugged in you hit the blinking on button.Then choose one of 3 'modes'.Then one of 3 intensities.Then heat on or off.So 3*3*2=18 choices (when on).There is also a timer that defaults to 15 minutes and displays a countdown. You can toggle from 5-30 minutes in 5 minute increments.The 3 modes are all unique and I like at least one of them. The highest intensity really is very intense, not gentle so you do have quite a bit of choice. You feel the heat when on, not sweaty hot but you do feel it.It is a lot quieter than I expected and easy to atch tv over maybe only inching the volume up one notch.The appearance is shockingly good. I mean really attractive for something that really does not need to be pretty.It looks, feels, and works like a real piece of equipment and does what it says.So my only gripes are the short cord length and it does have a constantly flashing red indicator light when not in use - but all else is far better than expected and makes it 5 stars.Almost forgot - the foam they use for packing is the kind that breaks into little foam balls and sticks to everything - you have been warned...”
“I received this foot massager for Christmas, and just had the time to try it last week. It was defective (the rollers on the bottom did not operate as they should. I called RENPHO customer service and they were very accommodating. They said that I didn't have to return the defective item, but would send me a new foot massager right away. I am very pleased with their immediate response of the problem, and would definitely recommend this company!”
