“Bought for Christmas and on first use it wasn't working right. Only low massage setting works. Contacted TRAKK and we have another one on its way. Hopefully this one will work better. All other features ddI work but I will say it takes quite awhile for heat to start working. Definitely didn't work with first 15 min setting and really didn't heat up all that much when it did start working. Again this might also be a malfunction with this first machine. Will give another review with the new one.”
“I love everything this foot massager does. My only issue is all of the buttons are flat so it's hard for me to find the proper place to push buttons for the different settings. I am legally blind and it is a hit or miss situation. Outside of that it's a wonderful piece of equipment and I am very happy that I purchased it.
