The massage and compression intensities are great, but it doesn't heat up enough for you to feel it. I purchased a different ($40) foot massager also for my mom so I did a side by side comparison, and this one DEFINITELY does not heat up per the description. Also, the rolling on the bottom toe/ball of the foot is indescribable along with the ankle pressure. Maybe you need the maximum show size to feel these ( I wear a size 10 women). Already started the return process

Writting this review after a week of every 2 days of use.Pros: Foot fits nicely inside and covers it. Just set the chosen massage and hit power. 15 min per massage.Get's the toes, side toes, and side foot, arch, the bottom of the heel. Compresses top of foot can change pressure on thisCon's Hardly feel the heat. Cannot choose the target areas you want only which would be nice. Cannot turn of the pressure which I found annoying as I only needed it for short time. Does not hit the back of the ankle, or sides. This would of been nice as those areas hurt too!Overall For this price range, you are going to feel the difference after a few sessions. It better than the FIT KING as this one did not massage arch. For the cost covers what it would in a spa for 2 treatments. Solid weight, so it will not slip. Fit with bit of room left my size 8.5 foot with room.

My husband gifted this to me for Christmas. For the most part, it's not bad. The problem is that the touch pad controls are finicky and don't always work. Sometimes I just can't get it to work. It also doesn't really massage the arch of your foot, which is disappointing.

I love this foot massager! I work two jobs and one of which I'm in dress clothes and heels all week... my favorite thing to do when I get home is sit down for 30 minutes and enjoy my foot massager. I only wish it could pause and it would have a small timer to show how far into your massage you are. That's why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. I bought the massager without the remote so maybe that's a function with the more expensive model.

I have plantar fasciitis and have had it for years. Nothing seems to relieve it, so I thought using this massager might alleviate the miserable heel pain I've been living with. The massager itself if really nice. The air compression on the sides and top of the feet and the massaging balls on the bottom of the feet both feel wonderful while in use. The heat element is poor though, as I don't feel the presence or absence of heat at ALL, making me wonder if this part of the massager is broken or something. The light for "heat" is lit so it should be on and working, but I can detect no difference one way or the other. However, I'm not going to return the item as the other components of the device seem to work all right. As for relieving my PF pain, I don't think it's going to help. I've been using the device for a week now, about 3 hours a day, and I haven't felt any pain relief.Nevertheless, this continues to be a comfort and pleasant to use while reading or watching TV, despite the noise emanating from the unit. I hope it lasts a long time, but time will tell.

I had it set on the lowest massage setting. After about 3 minutes it grabbed onto my right foot, squeezed extremely hard, pinning it between the massage roller and the top of the unit and would not let go, injuring the little toe on my right foot. I had to turn it off and literally tear my foot from it while holding the unit with both hands. Its grip was relentless. It was like being caught in a trap.My little toe on my right foot still hurts and it's now 2 hours later.I threw it into a garbage bag and tossed it into my garbage can where it belongs.

After 6 months of intermittent use it won't shut off unless unplugged. No product support or return available. Low quality for the price

It's ok. There isn't any heat that I can feel and not used it's worth the price. Very surprised at all of the 5 star reviews. If it was in the 40$ Price range it would likely get a higher rating but at this price it doesn't do much.
