Also got an email from the manufacturer prior to receiving the item, of the most common issues customers have. Like turning it on, it taking 20 min to heat up ect.My problem was it felt like walking on legoes on the bottom of your feet. The pressure was weak, and if you wanted to get your foot out you had to wait for the pressure to release.I came out of the device with more pain than I did when I went in.”
“No longer works after about a dozen uses. Used it for 2 weeks, out of town for 2 weeks and TRAKK shows I am 3 days past time to return. Got it Jan 25, 2021 and today is feb. 27, 2021. Plugged it in and motor started running without hitting power switch. The motor sounds weakened and dull. Felt good while it worked, but just not right considering this is replacing another far more expensive model that came up to the calves. I do not trust any of these now. Too much money for 12 or less uses in a month (and we were out of town for 2 weeks of that time)”
