“I've been looking at foot massagers for several years and finally bought this one, but was completely disappointed. It simply had no impact on my feet at all - not the slightest bit. Because the reviews were so good, I assumed it must have been a defective model. When I contacted TRAKK to discuss it, the rep was obnoxious and unhelpful. You may find this hard to believe but when I explained that the foot massager was not powerful enough to massage my feet, he asked me if I had tried another power source. He said, "You never know. A different outlet in the house might give it more power." So I decided to just send it back without asking for a replacement.”
“I was hesitant on getting this item but after all the good reviews I purchased but ended up returning....it just wasn't for my boyfriend and I...it just didn't do much for us ....worked good and good quality but the way it massaged was basic and just didn't feel like it did much for us....I think we were just expecting something different is all.....so overall I do believe product does all it says and is great quality....but it might not be exactly the type of massage your looking for ....”
“This machine is amazing! I'm 66 and my feet are shot. I have a fair amount of arthritis, fallen arches, and some neuroma issues in my right foot. I have been looking for a good electric foot massager and found this one. After reading reviews, I finally decided to order it. Omg I can't even begin to say how much it is helping. I love that it lets me choose the intensity of the kneading and air compression separately. The high air compression setting is pretty intense and so far I haven't kept it on high for the whole time I'm using it. I mostly keep it on medium with the kneading function on high. Honestly I started noticing a difference in my feet within a couple days. So far the only regret I have is that I didn't purchase it sooner!”
