This is a fantastic foot massager and we got great use from it but it didn't even make it a full year without dying and now our window for any kind of repair or refund is closed.

I have neuropathy in both feet, this product relieves the side affects. Works effectively and quietly. My only issue would be the heat factor. The heat is very minimal.

This has become a daily must after work! Hard setting for me is perfect. I would say start low and understand the pressures before moving up

Not a bad unit. Fits my feet well (male size 9.5) I use it on medium settings. It does take about 5 minutes to start warming the feet. The main reason I can't give this 5 stars is because it's a little weak on the arch massage.

Found it difficult to connect the power cord to the machine. The instruction paper did not provide clear instructions where the socket was located for the power cord to connect. The switch panel for levels was also quite temperament to press. It had to be pressed a couple times before it would change levels. Also the massage Nodules were spaced out too far apart and did not get the right areas of my feet. They were also very pointy and uncomfortable. The compression also did not work well! I am going to stick with Oprah's choice and buy the Trumed massager!

Hole size unadjustable makes small and thin feet useless to this machine. Only by adjust to the hardest intensity can you feel anything. Then it becomes too painful for comfort.

This machine will provide squeezing of the foot, mostly felt in upper foot and light warming of the feet. The rollers on the bottom of the foot are light and can be slightly increased by elevating the machine so the weight of the feet press into the machine. This is still a very light pressure and certainly not deep tissue or ache relieving... relaxing at the most. There is no heel or Achilles tendon massaging which would have made this machine a whole lot better. I would probably have returned this machine if I would have gotten around to it in time.
