I was apprehensive only because of the price but my husband insisted on it. I absolutely love this gadget. I work for TRAKK and it's hard on my feet and body. This is heaven on earth. I'm thankful for this gadget.

This is the only foot massage machine I have ever tried, got it yesterday. I will try to answer the questions I had about it before I got it.My feet are wide, women's size 10. They fit well in this machine. My arches are very high, and they are not completely neglected. I'd say the roller's hit about 1/2 to 3/4 of the arch area, so that is very nice.It does make noise of course. But it's not too loud. I would be able to listen to TV or have a normal volume conversation with it running. The air bags squeeze from the tops and the side and manage to pinch and hold my feet quite firmly. It's like a blood pressure cuff. If you have a bruise and you squeeze it, it will hurt. But I don't think it would cause any pain on feet that weren't sore to begin with. The settings are easy to figure out. I have only tried the high setting. It is not on maximum pressure the entire time, it varies. Which is probably good for circulation. I personally would like a lot more time on high pressure with high intensity kneading during the cycle. The roller in the heel goes down the center of the heel, without any side to side. More coverage would be nice. The heat is slow to heat. I am using it in a 70 degree room with socks on, and it doesn't feel like it's on at all. If I put my hands in there after the cycle ends, I can feel heat, but it's not hot. This is way better than rubbing my own feet, and about the price of four 1/2 hour massages, so I think it is worth the money.

turn all the settings up to max and it makes the hurt feel good. The only negative, as others have pointed out, is there is absolutely no heating element that I can feel at all, which I was really hoping for. For this, it gets point taken away. Otherwise, the massage element is nice.

Read the reviews and decided to give it a try. I suffer from Plantar fasciitis and plantar fibroma in both feet. I recently found relief from really painful deep injections into both heels from a from surgeon. While I don't mind the injections, I also know that over time they will be less effective. I got this machine and the set up and instructions were easy. Set it at medium pressure and medium massage for 30 minutes. Now, it did become extremely painful, but I was able to tolerate it. I have used it twice a day for 5 days and I already can feel the difference in flexibility and decrease in daily pain from walking.

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my daughter. She is a hairstylist and had been experiencing foot pain. Despite it not having a remote control, she said it is easy to use. My 3yr old grandson takes great pleasure in pushing the button to turn it on for mommy. She loves the foot massager and told me it was the best gift she had received. She highly recommends it.

DisappointedThe electrical connection on the unit (where the cord connects) didn't last. It no longer works. The connection became loose after a few months and it won't stay on.———————————Original ReviewI just unboxed and turned it on. Easy operation; just push the appropriate button to select time, knead intensity, air intensity, or heat, as well as on/off. Perfect massage level on high without discomfort. Intense, awesome air pressure. I was surprised at how much air pressure it has. I love it. It fits my size 12 feet with room to spare. I'm very pleased.
