Now, that said, it takes a while to play with the adjustments and find what feels right but when you do get the right setup, it's very enjoyable. I find if I wear a medium weight sock it not only keeps the inside of machine clean but kind of serves as a buffer on some of the kneading action. What I do know is, it is good for me and encourages good circulation. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the machine, I just didn't know what to expect. The great reviews I read were all true along with those about costumer service.”

We liked it so much I bought one for my mother for her birthday, she loved it! Then my father-in-law bought one for his girlfriend, she loved it! and now my neighbors are buying one. This is one of those items that sells well largely based on word of mouth because it really is a good product.The one we sent my mother was making a humming sound when plugged in but not in use, the company sent a replacement the next business day before we even returned the original. We didn't even have to ship it back ourselves, just leave it in a sealed box on the porch and UPS handled the return. That is great customer service!”

“There is nothing more relaxing to me than a STRONG foot massage. My massager came yesterday, and straight out of the box it was easy to use.Initially, I put my foot (7.5) all the way in, and put the settings on high. While I did find the compression wonderful, the arch massage, what I looked forward to most, was lacking. After several massages, I found that if I placed my heels firmly against the back, and positioned my left foot all the way to the left, my right foot all the way to the right, put the massage on high, the compression on MEDIUM, I got the arch massage I was hoping for. I found that if I put the compression on high, the focus of the massage was felt at the balls of my feet. I love this product, well worth the price of 1.5 professional massages. Enjoy!”
