“First off, this does not come with a remote control even though the directions talk about one. It's extremely easy to use, just plug it in BUT here is what I noticed.. if you have high arches, it doesn't work well.. it basically massages the side of your feet, doesn't get the bottom very well at all. Second, it's doesn't touch your toes at all! I have a lot of pain in my toes and was really hoping this would massage them but it doesn't. Last thing, if you have any type of neuropathy, it HURTS, even at the lowest setting. I definitely don't recommend for anyone with foot pain!!”

One of the reasons I bought this unit was the reviews, massage and heat. I gave this a four star because I cannot detect any heat while running the unit.
