The ability to choose the intensity of the massage is great, I usually set it on the medium level and that works well for me. The only thing that would make it a perfect choice is if it came with a remote but it does not.”

I reached out to Renpho's customer service, and they responded within a day, offering to ship me a a replacement. I responded and provided my shipping address.3 weeks after this email exchange with their customer service, I have still not received the replacement part, nor have I heard back from Renpho.Things fail from time to time, but Customer Service should not fail, ever. “Enjoy it while it lasts!Company doesn't stick by their product!!I loved this foot massager!! It was absolutely fantastic, while it lasted.... I got it for Christmas 2019. After a few weeks, the cord started acting fussy (the end that went into the machine). I had to have it turned just so, or it would short out and stop working. Finally the connection stopped working altogether.I contacted TRAKK who told me to contact the seller. I sent two messages to Renpho asking for a replacement or even a new cord. They NEVER responded. I ended up buying two other cords and all it would do was making a clicking noise and stop.Very dissappointing that they couldn't bother to get back to me.Huge waste of money.”
“Absolutely Terrible product and experience. My husband bought this for me as a gift, I'm 38 weeks pregnant and have been looking forward to this. We got the unit, it worked ONE time for my husband for 15 minutes and then completely shut off, and never turned back on.Customer service was poor. They have a phone number that I called and no one answered. They have a messenger service that was OK, but they just had me email the support anyways.Will be returning this. Don't waste your money.”

“I already love this foot massager after only a few times. The compression feels great and the massagers hit just where I need them. I usually wear a US 11 shoe and my feet just fit. I don't think this would work for someone with bigger feet but for me it's wonderful.I usually do 15 minutes on low massage and medium compression to loosen my feet up. Then I do another 15 minutes on medium massage and compression to really work out the knots.I haven't had mush need to use the heat since all the kneading and squeezing warms them up quite a bit.”
