“Absolutely Terrible product and experience. My husband bought this for me as a gift, I'm 38 weeks pregnant and have been looking forward to this. We got the unit, it worked ONE time for my husband for 15 minutes and then completely shut off, and never turned back on.Customer service was poor. They have a phone number that I called and no one answered. They have a messenger service that was OK, but they just had me email the support anyways.Will be returning this. Don't waste your money.”
“I really like the pressure this foot massager gives, until 3 seconds later when all the air releases and it starts over. Just when I start feeling the massage, it stops. Mine is not broken. I emailed the company and they said it's normal for the air pressure to cycle up and down. I don't understand how this is a good design. When there is no air pressure, you can't even feel the rolling massagers.”
“I really want to like this product. The pressure part is fine and feels good and the bottom of the foot massage feels good but it pinches my little toes.. hard! They are still sore today after using it last night. I'll probably send it back and try a different one.”

“Wasn't sure that I would like this machine but it turns out I like it very much. I use it about every other day for 15 minutes. The ability to choose the intensity of the massage is great, I usually set it on the medium level and that works well for me. The only thing that would make it a perfect choice is if it came with a remote but it does not.”
