“Returned this foot massager. Reason: motor went haywire and ran no matter if power button was on and off which was really annoying having to plug and unplug it. Customer service offered to replace it for me but I ended up returning it instead because I didn't want the replacement to crap out on me and then be unable to return it. I will look for a foot massager that actually works longer than 3 weeks.”
“I wear a men's size 11, and the product description says it works for up to size 12. My feet fit in the machine fine, but after using it even on the light setting I had pain from squeezing in the area of my fourth and fifth toes. It worked great and if I had smaller feet I would use it daily, but the two stars are because it didn't match the description.”
“Buttons didnt work well. On low settings it didnt seem enough massage. On high when I could finally get the buttons to work, it crushes my two smaller outside toes. I tried moving my feet around thinking maybe I didnt have my feet in the correct place but that didnt work either. Maybe it's just my feet. Everyone else seemed to have luck with it.Sorry it didnt work out. I loved the idea of it all. LolI returned item and was fully refunded.”
“This item did not come with a remote control and it cost more than another brand name massager I bought that did come with a remote and the quality of the massage by both machines is the same. Very disappointed that my husband has to bend over to control his massager because he has knee pain hence the reason I went for the more expensive massager which is the Renpho.”
“First impression was that I was not impressed by it. It did not feel very intense. As it progressed it definitely got a bit better but I still do not feel it was worth the amount spent on it. I have chronic plantar fasciitis and had hoped this would give me a little relief but sadly it does not. I wear a women's 10 shoe so my feet are really not that small but I felt the extra room in the foot bed made me feel like I was sliding around and not getting a great massage. The heat does not get very warm. I loved the air compression. The massagers are a bit rough... the machine is also very noisy.”
“This thing is great! It rubs the bottoms of your feet (there's room for both feet, so it's good for bipeds) and seems quite well made. I've only had it a day or two, but it's solid so far. The "rubbing" is gentle, even the stronger settings are not too harsh, and it feels really good. The heat and air functions are very mild. The device is quiet in operation; there's a little "motoring" sound, but would only be a problem if you needed complete silence, as very late at night. And it's very easy to use, basically just plug it in and press the obvious buttons.”
