“It is way too big. When it is in L or M setting, I do not feel anything. But if I put in H, it hurts the toes. The bottom doesn't feel that good either. Overall, it did not meet my expectations. I read all the reviews before I purchased this supposed to be #1 machine but it did not work for me. My shoe size is 6. This machine will work if your size is 10 or 12. I hope there are different sizes. Am returning this product.”

“This massager does a VERY good job, so long as it's easy for you to close your legs very close together. As a bigger person, it's difficult for me to close my legs enough to comfortably fit both my feet inside the unit, and the high walls dig in to my skin right above the ankle. Trust me when I say I REALLY wanted this thing to work, because it does feel really good, but the pressure from the high walls on my legs is just too great.”
“The heating function doesn't work. It's painful in a “doesn't really help the pain after way'. I've had other foot massagers that I've liked more, I'll end up giving this one to someone in my family when I find a better one but it's not totally useless, I still use it occasionally.”
“Not a bad massage... doesn't massage the toes. :(. Large size feet will fit (men's shoe size 13)UPDATE: have been using massager nearly everyday now. It appears the massager is less forceful in massaging the feet as it was in the beginning. I now have to turn it on high and even that still isn't even the same as the med. level was when I first got it. 🤷 â€Â♀︔
“Great massage on the feet. This product could be way better if it was designed to be operated with a remote. As you have to either take your feet out to bend down to operate or try to operate the button with your toes.”
