“I agree with another reviewer in that the the knobs mainly rub your boniest spots, not the arches AT ALL. It would be so great if it truly rubbed achy foot muscles. It really doesn't heat much at all”
“It's hard to press the buttons on the one I purchased and there's no remote with this model. Also, the heat doesn't seem to work. I do like the pressure and it helps my foot pain.”
“There's no remote control, but the buttons are easily accessible. This product is a godsend to me! I've had plantars for such a long time and after about two hours on my feet, they swell and hurt so bad it brings tears to my eyes. I use this massager on the lowest setting twice a day (until I get used to it ) and it's really made a huge difference already with the pain and a bit of the swelling. I haven't been able to use the heat as of yet because it takes forever to actually warm up. So if you want the heat, you'll probably have to let it run for a half an hour first.”
“I wanted to love this product, but it's pretty good. If the source of your foot pain is in the arch or ball of your foot- then this is probably perfect for you. However, much of my pain comes from the back of my heel, which is not an area the machine addresses. I don't really feel the heat function too much - I can never tell whether it's on or not. I will say that the roller bars and the compression can be very deep and tight -- which I like - so it absolutely has a good amount of power. So really, it's just the heels that aren't addressed as much.”
“I feel like this product should caress the foot better. The heat doesn't work never did. Tje massager could be stronger. I probably should have returned this product. Definitely would not buy again”
“I have arthritis in one of my toes and the pressure added to the massage is wonderful. It seems to have helped with some of my discomfort from the arthritis. I have been using this product daily for almost a month. I was somewhat worried because of other reviews said it "pinched" painfully, but I have not had this experience if your foot is all the way forward. At one point I had my foot in halfway and there was some pinching when I did this. I have all settings set to High and the pressure is great for me. I have a size 7 1/2 foot ladies.”
