“Did absolutely nothing for relieving aches on the bottoms of my feet. At best, the kneading/shiatsu function barely grazes the soles, heels and toes, only to deliver a slight tickle. The squeezing of the air bags felt kind of nice. The heat was almost non-existent . I am very disappointed with this purchase. I gave it away to a family member. I so badly wanted this massager to take away some stress, but at over $100 it only took away some of my money.”
“The heat and squeeze worked fine on the machine that I got but there was no kneading. When I contacted TRAKK support, they were not able to help with my question about kneading. I believe I got a defective piece and hence returned the same.”

“This thing gets a lot of use in my house. Definitely worth it. Best Christmas gift I've ever bought myself.I would suggest there should be a model available that sits at an adjustable angle that can go up or down. Your feet tend to slide due to the movement of the message wheels. I stuff a blanket into the sides and back to keep my feet sliding back. Also, it would be great if the rollers were at a slight angle too. Unless you are sitting up perfectly straight and keeping your knees together, your feet don't sit flat. But if you are sitting like that then you are not relaxing and it defeats the purpose of the machine. These are just a few modification suggestions.All in all, we live it and it gets used every day in our house of 4.”

“I have a very active job and this really helps relieve any pain and helps me relax. I didn't really know what to expect because I've never had one before, but it's pretty great. Not quite as good as a real foot massage and I do wish it got the arch of the foot a little better, but everyone's feet are different. With both on high it hurts my feet, but my boyfriend likes it on high and it doesn't hurt him at all. I have to keep it on high/medium.”

This massager has tiny nodules, rather than the typical large, which are amazing! I have planter fasciitis and recently have had pain at night just laying in bed. I'm so happy with is product that I ordered one for my sister !”
