“I was feeling extra one day and decided to buy this. My feet had been hurting due to siatic nerve issues and I wanted something to sooth it. Well I bought the one without the remote and learned the hard way you need the remote. If you get the air pressure too high your foot is not escaping. But it helped and it's like a mini spa day for me everytime I use it. Now I bought one for my parents but learned and bought it with the remote. My mom is going through chemo so everything aches and my dad has neuropathy due to diabetes and his feet are real swollen. I send it to them and I get the notification that it had arrived and texted them that it was there. The reply text was that my mom had already opened it and was hogging it! I get a call an hour later from my mom saying that she was so grateful! My dad was using it at that moment and I heard him saying thank you thank you thank you..lol so I think it was a successful gift. I would reccomend but seriously splurge the extra 10-20, whatever amount it was for the remote!!”
“I have size 10 feet. I'd consider my feet on the thinner bony side. I'm prone to plantar fasciitis. I have decent arches.I've used this semi daily for 2 weeks. 30 min each timeThe heat component doesn't work; which I don't mind actually, but it's part of the reason for a missing star. The kneading intensity is legit. I actually have to use it on low because it hurts otherwise. The air compression I use on medium or high. Usually high, tho third day in a row, I'll start on medium. The difference from medium to high is vast. I wish the medium was a bit stronger and more gradual to high, rather than being barely stronger than low.The machine would accommodate larger sized feet, but it may hurt people with wide feet. This was actually a present for my sister for Christmas. She's a size 9 and her feet are thicker, def not bony. It hurt her feet so I took it and bought her other stuff. Lol.Over all, for the mid range price it is, I'm happy. Also, I don't feel the remote warrants spending another $30, especially considering the minor flaws.Update: used this less than 20 times and at times the buttons are difficult to select options. Especially the timer button. It's impossible to choose an option. So I wind up doing the defaulted 15 min twice. It's annoying. I don't want to remove a star for this as I feel it's still better than a 3.... but a 3.5 is more accurate for what I'd give it.”
“I was unsure whether this product would do anything better than the cheaper homedics alternative I got as a gift. It turned out to be great. I've been using it regularly as a physical therapy/massage regimin for plantars fasciaitis/ calcified tendons. The pressure feature adds a lot of value. Returned the Homedics alternative, which turned out to be DOA. I'm sticking with this one and recommend it. Turns out the kids love it too!”
“This thing is absolutely amazing. So long as you dont have small feet that is. strongly suggest that you look into addressing proper foot size when buying one of these. I have a 9.5 size foot and this thing is heavenly.”
“I was hesitant to make this purchase as the reviews were all over the map. My wife loved it even with multiple surgeries on both feet. Only issue is it only lasted about 3 weeks. On week three after a 15 minute session the massaging stopped but the motor kept working. It would never turn off until we unplugged it. Even when plugging it back it, the motor would start before pressing the start button. I would not recommend this product.”
“I received my product within 2 days - yay great! The machine was packaged well. However the remote was missing. Also, the machine's heating element did not beat well and I do not feel it massaged my heels as expected. Unfortunately, I am experiencing swelling, so I had a dent right above both of my ankles. I'm disappointed that I have to return it.”
