“This item is horribly painful. It squeezes from the sides of the feet right before the area where the toes begin. It HURTS! You are not supposed to squeeze the feet from the sides in that area. We made the mistake of opening it and trying it too late. Support dumped me 3 times to different agents and after telling me we could return it, the last one said "no" because we waited too late to open it and the return window expired. Besides being painful, It also does not massages the arches of the feet, so if you are looking for that, don't buy it! I would give it ZERO stars If I could!”
“So, this product hurt more than gave any relief. It seems to massage the same two areas of the inner area of the foot and leaves out the outer part. It also seems that you have to put all the settings on high to really feel anything. Unfortunately, this machine is not comfortable at all.”
“I got this for my husband as a Christmas gift. I did a lot of research and read a lot of reviews before I purchased it. The largest complaint is that it never heats up. I like the fact that you can set it for 30 minutes versus 15 like most are but it never heats up even if you get to the full 30 minutes. Also wish that it massaged more of your heel area. It just does under the feet. Over all I guess it is as good as the rest of them on the market in this price point.”
