“Wow! I actually ordered this for my brother for Christmas and since he was going to be at my house over the holidays, I had it shipped there. When it came, I was dying to try it, so when he opened it, I was second in line. I have plantar fasciitis in my right foot, and it can get pretty uncomfortable at times ---- this, THIS machine is fantastic! The settings are so adjustable that I can't imagine that anyone would have trouble finding a setting that wouldn't work. There are three levels for the kneading and three levels for the compression and you can choose heat or not. I LOVE the heat because, while it takes a few minutes to really warm up, it gets really warm and is so relaxing. You can select 15 minutes or 30 minutes. I will admit that I do wonder about the longevity of this because I use it almost every night for 30 minutes, and when it shuts off, I turn it back on for 30 more, so I hope all those moving parts keep moving.”
