Great product, closest I could find to the over priced Brookstone.Tried others, sent them back, this ones better.Good to note, this is plenty strong, so I like the settings low.

My wife had been looking for a foot massager, and after a lot of comparisons and shopping around we settled on this one. We had high hopes, but were left wanting more. My wife does not have small feet so she was a little concerned about the fit, but that was not an issue at all. Even my feet fit nicely into the compartments. The heat felt nice, and the massage function worked well. Where this item fell flat was when the compression feature was turned on. We could hear the motors working when we turned it on, but the change in compression was minimal, at best. Once my wife tried it and reported that to me, I decided to try it myself and found the same result. Ultimately, we ended up returning this because compression is one of the things that my wife was really looking for. I will continue to shop around for another option.

I was pleasantly surprised with how much I liked this foot massager. I would put in on for 15 minutes a few times a day and it was relaxing. There are several settings. However, after about a week of use, when the massage was done, the motor would still run. The only way to stop the motor from running/humming is to unplug the unit. I called TRAKK and Renpho. The Renpho rep said that is the way the new model works. The motor will constantly be running unless you unplug. That makes no sense to me and she couldn't explain the rationale or reasoning for this. So though I like the unit, I'm returning it as I cannot have a motor continually running and I'm not going to plug/unplug every time I want to use. The other strange thing, is it worked fine for the first week. The customer care person said yes, you don't hear the motor until a week or two after use. I think it's defective as I find that description hard to believe so will return.

I have plantar fasciatis and thought about buying a foot massager to help with the pain I saw that this one had lots of good reviews and I thought this was the answers to my prayers ! Not at all was the complete opposite It's not relaxing and does not reach my heel, it massages like it's squeezing the feet really harsh ! I'm glad I could return it . It's not for me

The massager was actually better than I expected. I would give it 4 and a half stars if I could. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is that I will still probably want to get professional foot massages, it doesn't quite replace that. My whole family has used it. It is very pleasant. Some think the higher settings are too much pressure, I personally think the highest settings I would like a little more pressure. But it is easily adjustable. As other reviews have stated, it does take a few minutes before it heats up for the heat function, but gets to a pleasantly warm temperature.

I like it, but I dont think it's the best one. It could be better. It's my first time trying one of these things so I have nothing to compare it to. It feels good, but not amazing in my opinion.
