“This is my first TRAKK review on a product. I love this so much that I just had to share. I even bought one for my parents to use the day after I got mine. Great pressure, easy to use and your feet feel even better afterwards for hours! The only downside I can think of is that it does not get warm enough. But everything else is great!!”

“Bought this foot massager because it had such great reviews, and tons of them. However, for the price, it's so disappointing. There is hardly any heat felt, even on the highest setting. The “massage' is just awkward and uncomfortable. I thought it would be like the massage you receive while getting a pedicure, but it was not at all. So disappointed.”
“I have a size 11 foot size, when using this foot massager, the roller does not reach my toes it only focuses on the forefoot. The air bag on the top of the foot is the strongest. The airbags around the heel are not really that strong, infact, they did not provide too much pressure at all which is the reason why I returned the foot massager. When selecting the high setting for air compression, the forefoot gets really squeezed while the massager underneath goes back and forth. It's Ok but my left foot started to cramp and I had to take it out. The sides of the heels do not get any attention whatsoever. The air bag on mine was not strong. The heat was also minimal. The shiatsu massage strength from low to high only adjusted the speed of the mechanisms that rubbed the bottom of your foot. It did have a nice design and color. Really matched my massage chair but unfortunately I could not keep it. If you are wondering I did call their customer support but somehow the call got disconnected. But it's Ok, they couldn't help anyway.”
“When I received the device, my right foot, which is bigger, fit, but I could not get my left foot into the cavity. I checked to see if there was something in the cavity which restricted my foot from entering, but there was nothing. I tried several times with no luck. Also, there was no heatThis device was highly recommended but I found it rather uncomfortable.”
