“It is easy to use, just plug it in and hit the power button. It doesn't get too warm on the feet. I wish the instructions came with a little better description of the modes and what it does. It can constrict on your feet so it is smart to start on the low intensity and first mode until you are more familiar with how it it works. It really feels like someone is massaging the bottom of my foot. I have smaller feet (7 woman) and I can move it in different areas of the massager to get different type of massage. If you do have sensitive toes or recently stubbed or sprained them, I would not use this massager as it would bother your toes when it is in the constricting part of the cycle. I have used it now several times over the busy week and it has been nice. It sits up high enough that I can use it when I am on my rocker recliner with my shorter legs.”
“I have definitely got my moneys worth in just the first day of using this. I have a size 9 foot so I can move my foot around more easily to have the points hit exactly where I want. “First of all, I usually thing massage products are not very good and rarely by. However, this was highly rated and I thought I would give it a shot. I am very impressed. There is air compression on the foot as well as the massaging elements on the bottom of the foot. The air feels good and pushes the foot downward. The bottom of the foot is massaged with a dull acupuncture type feeling, not painful at all. The timer can be set for 15 or 30 minutes. Highly recommend.”
