“I have Plantar Fasciitis and bought the machine hoping it would massage the tendons in my foot in between the heel and the ball of my foot, it did not do this, no matter how I placed my foot it squeezed my toes and hit my heel and barely poked at the connecting tendons, none of which helped my problem.”
“Not ergonomic. It harshly rolls only outer side of the foot leaving the planter arch (inside) untouched where massage is most needed. The worst thing was that this foot massager gave me the most major leg cramps, which made me think of calling 911 had it not been for my husband fetching my leg cramps remedy (Amish product) from refrigerator. Excruciating cramps extended from toes to my hips so bad I could not only get out of my chair but made me wish for shorter life than suffering like this. It totally ruined my evening. I don't know what all the hypes from the other customers are all about. You are hereby forewarned. I am returning it.”
“When we received this it was great, the perfect amount of pressure and intensity, it also fits larger feet. After using it a lot the first 3 weeks ione side started to make a lot of noise while the other was quiet. It seems that the plastic molding was creating the noise when rubbing against the cloth material. Since it now has been 5 weeks it seems we can't return it and it is just way to loud to use, this is highly disappointing since it seems like a good product outside of the noise.”
“UPDATEThe heater of the machine stopped working.After talking with TRAKK they suggested to talk with the manufacturer.I have been calling all morning and they have an answer machine that suggest to leave a phone number and they will call you back.And a message that say that they are overwhelmed with callsWill be sending the machine back for a return.And look for a replacement.Since I'm working from home, I have been barefoot for almost 3 months. I had suffered plantar fasciitis in the past, but now i'm better.About a month I stated to feel a strong pain in the sole, and since i don't want to go to a public store, i had to look for a solution at home. You have different modes, you can use the heat if you want. This model doesn't have a remote control, but I don't see the need.I started with 10 minutes and now I do over 25 minutes each timeMy feet feels much better and I din't feel any pain.I will recommend it”
