2 weeks after buying the Unit will not charge. I was provided a new unit as soon as my issue was reported. Thanks much for good customer service.

A percussive massage gun has changed my life. Where I used to have aches and pains, mainly in my lower back, I now feel spry and pain-free most of the time. I use it after working out and the day after. I use it after long car rides where my hamstrings and quads would otherwise be tight. The case is nice, but perhaps bigger than it has to be. The different attachments are nice to have, although 95% of the time I use a specific one. The battery life is very good, where I probably only charge it once a week. The problem with this particular unit is that it isn't working well after 16 months of use. It won't move on the lowest 3 intensity levels and it takes a whack to get moving on the highest one. My take is that it needs lubrication because of that and that the unit gets hot after even 1 minute of use. The problem is, I can't find a way to service it.I'm past the stated 1 year replacement, so I suppose I just have to junk it and buy another. I'll check out the other brands this time around. It is a shame that this device can't be lubricated to extend its life.

The massage gun was great until the battery died and no longer charges. I hope the company reaches out to me!

Ended up returning this because it is significantly louder than the first version (and makes kind of a shrill high pitch upon pressure). Still has the same great power, but I didn't feel like it was more powerful. Way better controls though!

There are some features that I would like to have such as a flex head, but that's not a show stopper. Downgraded from a more expensive brand toThis product and this has not made me regret it. Great value and great quality product. Very quiet and gets the job done.

In short, still going strong one year later. Highly recommend.I wasn't sure if percussive therapy was worth buying into; I had seen some incredibly expensive products on the market and was quite hesitant buying into what seemed like a another health fad.I finally bought this device to give "massage guns" a try after it was recommended to me by a friend who is a full time physical therapist. I have been using mine for almost a year now and I couldn't recommend a better option for anyone looking to combat musculoskeletal pain. Along with stretching, heat/ice, and hydration this has become an integral part of my daily recovery routine. Here are a couple things I've been thinking about which I hope can help future customers:-----Issue: After about three months of use, my favorite attachment (silicone ball) would come loose and kept falling out from the oscillating base.Solution: Extended use of the same attachment can warm the plastic shaft and the rubber ring that maintain suction to keep the attachment in place. Apart from changing out the attachment routinely, use of a heat stable lubricant can both prevent the shaft from warping and, as a bonus, make the device much quieter.------Issue: Use of the massage gun over certain injuries can worsen pain, delay recovery, and even cause bruising to appear expansive.Solution: As is mentioned in the text now included in the listing, I would not recommend using this, or any massage gun for that matter, over complex sprains, large contusions, bony prominences, or joint injuries. Thought there may be temporary pain relief, disruption of healing tissues may cause further injury and delay recovery.
