“I recently got back into going to the gym and I purchased this massage gun as a remedy for my extremely sore muscles. It came in about a week ago, and since then, I have been religiously using it to prevent excessive soreness and muscular pain. The massage gun comes with a large variety of different tips, and each of them are great in different ways. Some are good for larger areas and lighter pressure, and others are great for deep tissue massaging in focused regions. I have used this after workouts and have not gotten sore since, at it has increased the blood flow to my recovering muscles. I really enjoy the different intensity settings, and find myself using the lowest intensity only my arms and the higher intensities on my legs. My one complaint is that you don't know what setting you are until you turn it off and then reset the cycle. This is a minor inconvenience, however. I am really enjoying this massage gun and encourage you to get one too!”
