Unit “jumps' power levels, and turns off at random. Emailed seller, radio silence.Update: Seller replaced unit w/ a new, fully operational unit. As a value proposition the unit meets expectations.”
“Purchased this product in July 2020. When it arrived I had no immediate need to use. I charged it and turned it on. It worked so I placed it back in box. Now- in January I have charged again when I need it and find out it will only run for less than 2 mins. I have tried leaving it plugged in to use and it still turns off! Poor quality and wish I could return.”
