“I've had this item for 2 days now and have used it for about 3 hours in total. This does what it was intended to do and provides the pain relief I was hoping for/expected.I did find a few quirks about this item that prevents this from being a 5 star product.The first is that the power display will never display 100%. This came with an 80% charge. I kept this plugged in for several hours and it showed 99%. Even overnight, it never reached 100%. After looking at this more closely, I do not think it is capable of displaying 3 digits to show 1-0-0. Instead it is limited to 2 digits so the battery may be at 100% but will only ever display 9-9. It is not the end of the world but if this type of thing annoys or bothers you, be aware of this.The second is my bigger concern about this item and I did see a few other reviews mentioning this. The intensity will change/increase when you apply pressure. This is not a slight change. If I set it to level 3, I can feel the intensity but after applying it to my muscle and applying pressure (pushing against my muscle), the vibration intensity increases significantly. This is not a mild adjustment but a leap in intensity which can be dangerous/painful if you are not expecting it. But more confusing is the real lack of control in the intensity if it automatically jumps by itself.Other things that I wish I had known/paid more attention to before purchasing is that the power button/charging port is on the bottom of the handle and when you turn it off and back on, there is no "memory" so you have to set the intensity every time you turn it on (it starts at 0). I do wish it would remember the last setting. The only other thing is that I wish the handle hand contours or some type of grooves or better ergonomics. It is a smooth surface and feels nice to hold but it is a thick handle and mixed with the vibration and weight, small/medium sized hands may become fatigued holding on to it after a while.Overall, I like the device and plan to continue using it.”
“I received today and overall the power and speed are nice but how come the battery is always in 80%?I charged it until 99%, disconnected it and when I turned it on, it shows 80% again… Does anyone have this problem?”
“I bought this on a whim as a Christmas gift for my teenage son who is a workout freak. He loves it and now the whole family uses it. It has many varying speeds and intensities along with several attachments. It feels as good as massage and the battery has a long life.”
