“Recieved this a few days ago and it came at the perfect time! I had just done a hard workout over the weekend and was still pretty sore from it. I usually foam roll, but I decided to use this instead. The multiple tips allowed me to target several different areas of my body, which was great. The different speeds were also useful for targeting different areas as well, as some areas are more sensitive and need a lower speed.”
