I am grateful for the refund that was issued for the faulty massage gun. I would have given 5 stars if the company had been easier to contact, but I have no problem changing my one-star review to four stars for the responsiveness to my comments and the quick efforts to make things right. They changed the disappointing experience to a satisfied one.Original review: If this gun worked properly, it would be amazing. But it randomly turns off when you are using it and, surprisingly, turns ON when you are not using it. I set the gun at level one and then it jumps to full strength without any warning. I've tried to contact the manufacturer, but there is no contact info on the box or with the paperwork included in the box-and I haven't been able to find any contact info on the web. It has been a disappointing purchase.”
“This product was good why it's last. It is not worth the time and money if it is only going to work for four months. Now it only turns on for one to two seconds and dies. I have recharged and tried all troubleshooting, but nothing helped. Very disappointing. The sad part is that I bought several of these massagers as Christmas gifts for family members and even recommended the product to friends and family.Update- I changed the star rating to 5 due to the follow-up I got from the company. I was shocked when I got an email from the company promising to refund my money and apologize for the inconvenience of the product failing. More surprisingly, they offered me a refund and said they were not asking me to change my review. I decided to update my review because I appreciate a company that can stand by its product and is ready to fix issues even without asking. I recommend this company if you want to buy a massage gun.”
