“These are great. I have one on each nightstand by the bed and my allergies have not been as bad. A customer service: one of the power cords they sent was faulty and not only did they respond to my inquiry ASAP, instead of just replacing the power cord, they sent me whole another unit for free.”
“I used this air filter for the first time in my bedroom last night. I definitely woke up this morning with less congestion, so it must be working! I suppose it is fairly quiet but the sound is still quite noticeable, as is the light from the power on/off button. I put a quarter over the button to hide the light, but it comes out through the vents, too. It would have been convenient if it came with a power block, not just the USB cable.”
“Seems to be working just fine after about a month of continued operation. Checked the filter and it is picking up quite a bit of dust particles in the air. The only thing I am unsure of is if TRAKK still carries the filters. I purchased it because the filters for this model showed up in my search, but now, I cannot find them.”
