“Comes with a short USB chord but no adapter to plug into a wall. I have to have it plugged into my laptop to power it. With the short USB chord I literally have it on a pillow on my bed as i sleep hoping it would help my sinuses but that's not at all the case. So it could do something or it could just another burden on my electric bill, who knows”
