“What the heck? Why on earth would the manufacturer put sharp spikes on this item? It makes no sense! If I fold a couple hand towels and lay them on either side of this, it does actually work, stretching my back out and providing some relief of my constant lower back pain. But I don't dare move while stretching for fear of getting poked on both sides of my spine by what can only be a mid-evil torture method. I will be keeping it because it does work otherwise, but the design is severely flawed.”
