TRAKK Back Stretcher Reviews

DThey are heavyweight and look durable. They are worth the money. The biggest one is a good choice of ice cream and large-sized cookies. Their price may be higher. I think it is a very good value for casual users.

I had heard great things about this product, so I wanted to give it a try. Once it arrived, I quickly opened it up and got it ready to be used. My first impression was that it's quite difficult to put together. It takes some muscle to bend the board enough to pop into place. I definitely wouldn't recommend this for just anyone. Even once it was set up, I didn't really feel the benefits I was looking for.

It's helpful for pain relief. It can be a little hard to bend the top plate to fit into the base.

This is awesome I bought this and chirp wheels, I feel like this is much more effective at receiving back pain and stretching your back than the wheels. Will totally recommend to any one with lower back pain.....also my husband has kephosis in his upper back and this helps relieve associated pain with that as well.

Does absolutely nothing for my aching back. Unclear what the intent of this product is and why it continues to be sold on TRAKK. Do not waste your money and recommend that TRAKK remove this item from its inventory.

What the heck? Why on earth would the manufacturer put sharp spikes on this item? It makes no sense! If I fold a couple hand towels and lay them on either side of this, it does actually work, stretching my back out and providing some relief of my constant lower back pain. But I don't dare move while stretching for fear of getting poked on both sides of my spine by what can only be a mid-evil torture method. I will be keeping it because it does work otherwise, but the design is severely flawed.
