“It's possible this device can help certain individuals with specific conditions, HOWEVER, using it is Russian roulette for the average person. While suffering from a mild attack of yet-undiagnosed-cause sciatica, I used this device on the lowest position. It didn't seem to help to hinder, but it's reasonable to expect any tangible effect to take many days or weeks. What a surprise that the day after using the device just that one time, in the morning, while getting up from a chair the sciatica kicked in with an excruciating severity that I could never imagine. For the rest of that day I was unable to walk. The next day, walking was merely agonizing, and days later, after getting a prescription dose of Naproxen from my doctor, it's possible to venture outdoors.I cannot definitively blame the device for this development, but it seems just to coincidental to dismiss. Buyer beware and be aware of the risk”
“This doesn't arch high enough for me even on the steepest setting. My yoga block definitely gets me more arch in my back. Also I don't like the way it feels on my back with those raised bumps.”
“These other reviews have to be fake. Item is a piece of garbage. Could definely hurt you more than help. After one "use" it no longer snapped into the 3 different setting. Like the plastic stretched out or something. Very "cheap."”
“This hurt me and I should have known better. My lumbar problems are way beyond just tight muscles that require stretching. After 17 years of dealing with my chronic condition, I should have kept my money in my pocket. I also covered the hard plastic bumps with memory foam as I recognized what is a flawed design and left my lymph nodes and kinesiology meridians of energy points to themselves.”
