I haven't had it that long. I use it several times a day. When I get home from work I lay on it . My back is starting to feel better. Thank you, Debbie

for the price I think its a good tool to have around. I deal with constant vack pain and sometimes lower back pain is impossible to get relief for. Its not going to cure your pain but does stretch it out and give some relief. My one complaint is the spikes all over serve no purpose and kind of hurt. They don't hurt enough that I dont use it but just pointless.

It felt pretty good to stretch my back and I can say it had definitely helped with my posture. I don't like the spikes because if you are wearing thin clothes it can hurt.

Helped with my back issues. When I rolled up, I noticed it was great for doing situps as well. There is no staring on my back when I use it for situps.

Its great. I used to stretch by laying over the bed or couch but could only do it for so long before too much blood rushed to the head lol. for the 25 bucks this thing solves my problem and is nice to have around the house. good to use after a long day of standing or driving / working. level 2 is already a lot. havent got to level 3 yet.

I'm 6'1" in my mid 40's, been suffering from irregularities in my mid back, things just felt out of place, I use this 20 - 60 minutes a day and am well on the road to recovery.

Bought this because my back has been tight the last couple of months and this claims to stretch it out. The first time I tried it it felt a little weird but it seemed to work as advertised. My wife also tried it and she's been using it more than I have.Basically you lay it on the floor or any flat surface and you lay back on it centering your back. You'll want to do this for about 5 minutes or whatever works for you. We have been doing this before bed and we find it keeps our backs from getting tight while sleeping and waking up with aches and pains. You can also use this as sort of a back scratcher too if you work hard enough at it.
