I just received my back stretcher and I must say when I first ordered it I really thought I would be sending it back thinking it had to be a gimmick. But as soon as it was delivered I opened the TRAKK box and it was packaged really well in a zip bag. Easy to read and follow directions. With the level of compression and over 15 years of pain, I went straight to level 3!! It was easy to get it set at level 1 but had to have my husband get it into the level 3 position. When I first laid back onto it, it felt a little strange but once I got up, I immediately felt relief from the compression I feel 24/7 in my lower back. Pretty amazing if you ask me. After this first use I am hooked, I even own a teeter hanger and this gives me the same if not better stretch to my lower back without all the blood running to my head hanging upside down!I say if anyone is on the fence, just get it and try it. Now starting at level 3 may not be for everyone but work up to it. You won't regret it! AWESOME product!

I would not recommend this product. The center foam pad does not stay securely in place, and the knobby plastic spikes (not sure how to better describe them) sticking out make it extremely uncomfortable.

It was a little uncomfortable but I placed my exercise mat on top of it and that helped.

I don't know what to say. It feels so awfully good. I started at the medium setting and now am up to the WTF setting. Hahaha! Lay on it for 5 minutes a day and haven't hurt myself yet. I do have to get up slow.
