It saved my waist!! I definitely should find this good thing several month ago, when WFH just started...However, as a 5'6'' women with normal stature, I's extremely hard for me to install it, especially onto the highest level. You should consider the people not working out on arms

I have just started using this at home after my local chiropractor recommended it. When they suggest to pre-bend the arc before attempting to assemble they are not kidding. Might take some muscle and I am 6'1' 210 pounds. But once it is together it does the job.

This MAGIC BACK SUPPORT is a valuable adjunct for anyone that suffers with back pain. It's 3 adjustable positions, gently coax your lumbar spine into gently relaxing into a normal curvature, which relieves pain and corrects posture. When fastened to the back of a chair, with the included strap, it keeps your spine in that normal curve, if you position the device in the #1 position. The more advanced level # 2&3, are for floor stretches.. these will provide excellent lumbar stretches, however, don't be too quick to try them, or advance to them.Start off in the #1 position, you might find that is enough for you.Do what feels good, and as always, consult your Dr. before starting any exercise program.

It looks intimidating but for a person with back issues and limited access to chiropractic and massage...this little device actually delivers! Adjustable and totally sturdy!
