“I really like this product, I bought it after I pulled my back and it helped me slowly stretch it out. Be careful though, I feel like I could pull it worse trying to get off of it!! I always roll off it onto my stomach and get up from there.It's not super comfortable, but the shape is good for an occasional back stretch. Be sure to start from the lowest setting, you could really hurt yourself if you slam down on the high arch, I've done it!! But good support overall, I probably wouldn't buy it again though.”
