I am in my 20s with a herniated disc in my back. I constantly have back pain from lying down, sitting, standing, walking, etc.Every time I use this... omg.... I'm in heaven!Yes it's uncomfortable when you first use it, because it puts pressure on your upper body, but give it a minute and it provides SUCH a good, relaxing pain relief. I usually use it for a couple of minutes stretching out my lower back, then my upper back. The pain relief is so relaxing that I've quickly napped on it lol! You definitely feel refreshed after using this. It doesn't provide a permanent relief, but it does take you off of moderate back pain to maybe mild back pain.

It is very uncomfortable with those little nails needles pegs, whatever you want to call it sticking out. It gives a good stretch, but it does not help with my back. I still wake up with back pain and I use this very often, thinking that it will eventually improve my back aches, but so far it has not. I've had this long enough to see some type of improvement. It is definitely not what I saw on facebook either.

It feels cheap. It seems like a cheap imitation of a decently conceived product. I wonder if the $60 version feels less like a cheap hasbro torture toy and more like "wellness" equipment. I'd recommend getting a sturdy styrofoam fulcrum from a PT or Chiro. This is going to Goodwill.

I injured my back. Spine was out of line causing pain in my abdomen from the ribs being out of line as well. Used the product for 10 minutes at a time three times a day on the lowest setting. Felt improvement after day one. Pain free after day 5. Will exercise to strengthen my muscles supporting the spine to prevent future injuries.

I'm not sure about this product. I don't know if I've used it enough to get a good enough of a feel for if it helps or not. It was kind of uncomfortable to use and I didn't really feel any difference afterwards, but I may try to make more of an effort to use and see if it helps at all, and may consult with my chiropractor about it.

Spikes make it uncomfortable, had to put a towel on it to use it. It stores well but its a bit of a pain to put it together again.

I have a lot of chronic back pain and was looking for some products recently to help combat it. I do a lot of yoga to help with back pain and stiffness, but it's not always gong to be 100% what I need. This back stretcher is great because it offers support and takes a lot of the stress out of doing the back stretches that I would normally do anyway, making them feel more effective and less exhausting. also for people who may look at yoga and say the wheel pose is too much for them (it is even for me certain days, and I've been doing yoga for years) you can still get a lot of the same benefits! the bumps are also stimulating and relaxing at the same time. I love that it's adjustable since you may need more curve some days than others. I would definitely recommend using this as it is so relaxing to just lay there and let your spine decompress for a few minutes while the arch does it's work.
