“Very soft material, but the boxer briefs are shorter in the leg than expected and run larger in the waist than the description. Ordered a large since I have a 34"-35" waist, but I probably should've ordered a medium. Even after washing and drying it doesn't provide the support I was hoping for.
Update after a few washes:
While the leg length is still a little shorter than I like, they've shrunk to a comfortable size after a few dryer cycles and I've come to really like them. I'm a little concerned about the durability because of the thin fabric, however only time will tell. For now I'm happy with my purchase and will probably buy more in the future.”
“Underwear excellent quality. Too bad the customer service is terrible. It took almost 6 months for them to get my order sent after they had a shipping issue for Canada. Then they didn't have the kind that I ordered so they sent me the standard (less expensive) black 3 pack plus the 3 green They shorted me a pair when they finally shipped them so I had to ask for my 7th pair (which they said they sent right away). Got the first 6 pairs in the mail and there was a $74 (ridiculously high) fee on delivery I had to pay when I was supposed to have free shipping. My 7th pair still hasn't arrived. Too bad cause my husband loves this underwear but I guess I'll have to find another provider. Still waiting for the 7th pair.”
