“My 5 star is for sure in regards to their customer service. They were so friendly, fast, and understanding. I have to say the measurements listed are not that accurate. I am 30" waist and so I chose small. And I really wished I would have stuck with my medium normal size. It states up to 31" and they are just too small and tight to give an truly honest opinion. I did not ask for them to change them out. The material is wonderful. My junk was smashed because I 2nd guessed my size due to their chart. If you are a U.S buyer stay with what you normally buy and you will be fine. I messed up. I can only say that the band holds nicely and the material is bamboo feeling. I wore them for one day but way too small for me. Or I would have more to add. I CANT be honest about the fit because I listened to the chart. Small is not comfortable ONLY because I did not listen to my gut. Small is not 31" small is for boys. I'm a man.”
