“I unexpectedly ordered the "Trunk" variety instead of the briefs I usually buy. I guess I didn't look hard enough and didn't see the brief style I usually buy. I like the brief style. Anyway, I bought six "Trunk" style underwear from you, and they are 98% acceptable. Some things I like better. To be frank, God gave me big balls, and this new style holds them in better. With the briefs, they sometimes snuck out when I was at home and just in a T-shirt and underwear in the summertime. They won't with the "Trunk" design. But they don't easily slide down when I go to the bathroom to do my business. The briefs slide right down. But overall, I like the "Trunk" design. I may stick with them. Same bamboo comfort. “This will be my final order from TBō. The underwear is fine, but I got a message saying that my PayPal payment was less than the amount shown in the cart. It was not, so I contacted Support and sent them a screenshot of my cart. They responded that they needed a description of the order EVEN THOUGH THE SCREENSHOT WAS RIGHT THERE ON THEIR REPLY. I sent the screenshot again, with a note that I felt I deserved something for my inconvenience; time is money, and this was my third contact with the company for a matter that should have required only one (the initial order). I received my order a week late, but no refund, no discount ... nothing for my inconvenience. TBō, you need to understand that, anytime a customer has to go out of his or her way to get what they have already paid for, simply (finally) shipping the goods will not suffice. Either compensate customers for inconvenience, or lose their patronage. It certainly appears as if you have lost mine.”
“Theses trunks are extremely soft and comfortable. Hard to find underwear that are soft as this that also give me the support I need down below. I’m definitely purchasing more. I have some on the way now. I would recommend everyone to try these out. I am sure you will be as satisfied as I am with these underwear.”
