“These are the worst of any brand I've tried and I've tried a lot. The sizing is completely wrong. They don't even come half way up my butt.They are far too short in the rise both back and front. They are now the worst I've tried, even worse than the Tena brand.”

“Unfortunately the pads do not fit me properly but keeping them as having difficulty finding XXL pads. Small problem with delivery as only 3 cartons were delivered instead of 4. I rang the company and spoke to a delightful person called Melanie who went way beyond the call of duty to assist me and kept in contact with me informing me what was happening. I can't give her enough praise as I actually felt as if someone listened to me and acted on the problem. We all need a Melanie at the end of the phone. Thanks to Melanie for all her assistance.”
