“I ordered 2 Conni ladies chantilly pink but received CLassic. My last order was 23/06 to 3 Conni Ladies Chantilly colour beige. I was very happy and 13/08/ ordered also chantilly but pink colour. I received but it is deffrent in short hight but wide in hip they are not full brief. I do not know why. ? Joanna”

“The material they are made from is too thick which makes them hot to wear. Especially here in Queensland. They are for my 97 year old mother who doesn’t feel the heat but said they are too hot to wear. Hopefully winter will be better.”

Thank you for sharing your feedback about our Ladies Classic Underwear. Our Ladies Classic design features four layers of waterproof and absorbent material that is built into the underwear. This protection extends from the front waistband, through the gusset to the back waistband. We choose to use a polyester absorbent layer and polyurethane waterproof barrier in our products as these materials will continue to breathe even when wet. Unfortunately, if we use any less than four layers, it does affect the absorption capacity of the underwear. A member of our customer service team will be in touch with some further information for you and some other options that may be more suitable for your Mum's needs.
